Effective Date: These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use of the Service or upon accepting these Terms during login, whichever comes first.

Service Provider: Connect Globa Consults (CGC)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CGC Hotspot Internet Service (“Service”). By using our hotspot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this service.

  • By connecting, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Use of Service

  • The Service is provided for lawful personal or business use only.

  • You agree not to:

    • Engage in illegal online activities (fraud, hacking, distribution of malware, etc.).

    • Access or distribute harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

    • Resell or share your voucher without authorization.

  • CGC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse.

3. Vouchers and Payments

  • All internet access requires a valid voucher or subscription.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable once used, activated, or expired.

  • Payment is accepted via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) or card payments (Paystack).

  • Prices and packages may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4. Service Availability

  • While we strive to provide reliable connectivity, internet speeds and uptime may vary due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party network providers.

  • CGC does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

5. Fair Usage Policy

  • Unlimited or high-volume plans are subject to Fair Usage Policies (FUP) to ensure quality for all users.

  • Excessive or abusive usage may lead to speed restrictions or suspension.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and store user information (e.g., login details, usage logs) in compliance with applicable Ghanaian laws.

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

  • By using this service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • CGC shall not be held liable for:

    • Data loss, interruption, or damage caused by network downtime.

    • Security breaches on your device due to viruses, malware, or unsafe browsing.

    • Any financial loss resulting from use of the service.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Keep your login or voucher details safe and do not share them.

  • Ensure your device has updated antivirus and security software.

  • Report any suspicious activities or issues to our support team immediately.

9. Amendments

  • CGC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on this website, and continued use of the Service means acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
